405 Waterside is a lucury apartment in a small exclusive development located right on the beachfront at Paynes Bay, St James. the apartmetn is furnished to a very high standard. There is air-conditioning and ceiling fans. The accommodation sleeps 4 - with 2 independant bathrooms - there is a fully equipped kiten to prepare, cook and serve for 4 or more people. There is a 24 hour concierge service, security and underground parking. Staff ae available if required - cleaner, baby sitter and cook
What inspired you to launch your own website?
To promote 405 Waterside as a holiday rental apartment.
