Shanghai TopPA is a fully registered independent service provider offering a full range of tailor-made bilingual personal assistant, business & tour assistant services catered to overseas business visitors, invididual and group travelers as well as expats in Shanghai. Our specialties also cover from customized China Study Tours to unique China D.I.Y. travel services and featured tours to individuals and business organizations.
What inspired you to launch your own website?
my previous experience and expo 2010
When did you launch your first website, and what was it?
This is my first website. I launched it in May 2009.
How did you decide on a name for your website?
PA stands for personal Assistant
What makes your website different from other, similar offerings?
our website is better organized and easier for customers to find the exact services that they need
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)
To become the best China business & tour assistance service provider as well as for China study tour.
How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?
It's too early to tell.
If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?
I will hire a better web design company.
If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?
maybe.
What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?
there were many.

To attract overseas customers

don't know yet. Still so much to learn.
