Croatia, any: Robert Sedlar Name of your website?

Travel to Croatia with personal travel agent

Your name?

Robert Sedlar

Your Location (city, etc)

Zagreb

Please give us a short summary of your website?

It is "total portal" for individual traveler from States to Croatia and Balkan region. It is right place for honeymooners and advance travelers. As I am expert in tailor made programs I supose that I can help them with their trip to Croatia.

What inspired you to launch your own website?

Travel is my life. I grow up in hotel and that was normal "way".

When did you launch your first website, and what was it?

In high school. It was personal page.

How did you decide on a name for your website?

It was very simply. I checked what was free :-))

What makes it different from other, similar offerings?

As I said. I have on one place everything. You can find same or even better offer like in biggest tour operator but with personal touch. I work for my clients they are not just number. I am personal travel agent on service 24/7. That is different.

What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

To be honest I'll do my best to have it forever.

How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?

I try to do my best and now everything is OK.

If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?

Maybe in some small tricks like bookmarks, ads or something like that. Design is good. Yes, these small things I'll change in future.

If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?

Yes.

What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?

Until today - none.

What has been your biggest challenge?

CSS and online booking.

What method has been most successful for promoting your website?

Yahoo travel directory.

How has running your website differed from your expectations?

To be honest I don't understand this question.

How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?

Around six months and as I said I'll try to have it (them) for many, many years.

What is your website address?
