Has your travel agent ever sold you an international driving permit? Was it effectively used in your point of destination?
Well, somebody here is confused with the real purpose of an international driving permit, because it wasn't easily accepted in the Caribbean nation of Grenada. Apparently, this visitor was also told by Grenadan authorities to purchase another local permit. So how do these international driving permits really work?
