A website introducing a functional style villa which is an architectural gem, in a very attractive location for tourist, in Selfoss, 50 kilometers east of Reykjavík. The villa is within walking distance to a lovely kid friendly outdoor swimming pool, shops, restaurants, banks etc. Just a few kilometers away from the black sandy beaches of the North Atlantic,and close to the major tourist attractions in Iceland, waterfalls, volcanoes,glaciers.

What inspired you to launch your own website?

To make known the possibilities of self-catering tourism in Iceland.

The name of the street where the villa is located

What makes your website different from other, similar offerings?

A unique, comfortable house, at a very competitive price.

What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

To make known the possibilites of an allöyear round selföcatering tourism in Iceland

If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?

It would be possible to host more than five people in the house, but we prefer to leave space and comfort to our guests.
