When did you start your website and why?
Two years ago I spent two weeks travelling Israel with my best friend from Australia, with his family and mine exploring the country together. This was the impetus for Zeltours as a niche family, small group niche travel company
Please give us a short summary of your website, business model, etc
Zeltours offers custom designed tours of Israel for individuals, small groups and families
What has been the most difficult part of creating and running your website?
Choice of photographs and text to convey the 'feeling' or atmosphrere of a tour
What has been the easist part of operating your website?
Positive response and feedback

What are your views on ecommerce and the future of the internet?
Very important future, but Zeltours still sees vital importance in personal human contact with clients
