Building a house in Abruzzo Italy

Where did you build your house?
Valle San Giovanni. It is a small village of about 350 people located near Teramo in the Abruzzo Region.
Was it a difficult process?
No because I have relatives who live in the area.
What was the most difficult part of the project?
Being patient and trying not to hurry people.
What to you use the house for now?
I stay there several times/year. On occasion we rent the house out to others who want to visit Abruzzo.
Does the house have a website?
