When did you start your website and why?

Lilac Adventures was started in 2004 as a tour operator and the website so as to get intouch with the world to make our services known to the entire globe.

Please give us a short summary of your website, business model, etc

We special in Safaris in Kenya and Tanzania dealing with hotel bookings, safaris, tours, conferences.

What has been the most difficult part of creating and running your website?

The most difficult thing is to have our site listed among the Top companies in most search engines.

What has been the easist part of operating your website?

making us reach every travel agents and everyone to see our product

What was your biggest mistake?

Not one i know for now

Who maintains your website and why?

Maintained by Shop1Africa. Since their server is good and hosted in UK.

Tell us how your business has benefitted from your website?

Offering people to choose from different products/safaris listed on the site. Makes it easier for people to choose what they want.

What are your views on ecommerce and the future of the internet?

Very ok and brings the world into a tiny thing.

What are your views on Search Engine Optimization (SEO)?

The best i know of

This has helped in listing my company and even have a diverse of selections.
