Health Care Providers to Medical Tourism

Indianapolis-based health insurer, Wellpoint Inc., will be engaging in medical tourism by the year to come. Starting January, the nation second largest health insurer will offer Wisconsin-based Serigraph Inc. employees an option of traveling to India for non-emergency procedures like joint replacement surgery. A Medical trip can save from 30 percent up to 90 percent than having the procedure done locally.
