Your-Morocco-Tour

Your name?

jana pekova

Your Location (city, etc)

marrakech, morocco

Please give us a short summary of your website?

Our website contains information about Morocco, it suggets places where to worth seeing. It offers several tours, some very adventures as hiking the Toubkal mountain (the highest peak of North Africa) or trekking several days on camel or foot through the Sahara desert. We also help our clients to customize their trips according to their interests and time schedules so they can have a trip that suits their needs.

What inspired you to launch your own website?

It is good to be on the Internet. It is a way to advertised.

When did you launch your first website, and what was it?

This is our fist website and we just launch it few months back.

How did you decide on a name for your website?

It was not an easy decisons, but we want to to stress out that we customized tours according to our clients desires and needs. So therefore we decided on Your-Morocco-Tour, because it is not our tour but our client tour taylored according to their tastes.

What makes your website different from other, similar offerings?

We are not only trying to sell our services but also provide useful information to tourist travelling to Morocco. We want to create an appetite for travel to Morocco, to show how beautiful the landscapes of Morocco are. The stary sky of Sahara desert, the snow-capped Atlas Mountains. The ancient medinas of Fez and Marrakech - real marvelous of this world.

What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

The fist goal is to have fun by showing other the beautiful country that Morocco is. Our main goal is that every traveller returing back to their own country is very happy with the tour we provide to them. Of course we would like to make some income doing it.

How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?

We love doing what we are doing so we will just keep doing it! If we have lot of success we will be very happy to expand and put bigger investment into our business.

If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?

We might buy more cars, and establish location in other cities in Morocco.

If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?

We would probably hired more people. There are so many poor people living in Morocco in the desert and giving them an opportunity to grow would be really great.

What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?

It is a headache to make sure that the website appears on google search. Also running into some paperwork in Morocco and many people want a bakchich for some services.

What has been your biggest challenge?

To get the word out there who we are and what we do.

What method has been most successful for promoting your website?

Honestly we are still looking for the best possible way. So far it seems that the word of mouth been the most succesful.

How has running your website differed from your expectations?

It always seems that we want to make some changes.

How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?

We have run the website about 2 months and I believe that even if we are not very sucessful in our business we would still love to run our website. The cost is not that big for us to stop it.

Why did I get involved in this business?

I went to Morocco as a tourist and absolutely felt in love with it. The Sahara desert and Atlas Mountains and I decided that I want to share this beauty with other people.

What is your website address?
