Although Tagaytay City is the best place to view the wholeness of Taal Volcano and the lake around it, Taal is actually a town in the province of Batangas, Philippines.
It's a forth class municipality in provice known to the center of Balisong (a sort of folding knife) and Barong Tagalog(National Dress for men) makers in country.
