What inspired you to launch your own website?
Very difficult to get any answers of where things were, when they were open etc. As a trained journalist I saw it as a challenge!

It's written like a guide book, not as a collection of offerings picked from other sources

Poor response from ISP hosting firms who don't answer simple technical questions
