Welcome to NutShell Travel & Incentives a unique, highly-principled and personal travel and incentive service. Thoroughly experienced in arranging travel arrangements of genuine quality, reliability and value.

What inspired you to launch your own website?

Every good business requires a website to promote the products, services and practise.

When did you launch your first website, and what was it?

Feb 2008, provides sn insight into our services and the company

How did you decide on a name for your website?

'Nutshell Travel and Incentives' My name is Shelley and I provide all your travel requirments in a Nutshell

What makes your website different from other, similar offerings?

Simple, easy to navigate and different

What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

To promote our business internationally and to serve as a informative look at what we offer

How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?

We developed our own web site so there are no direct costs to account for.

If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?

From html to asp

If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?

Lots of skilled, but unemployed folks in South Africa.

What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?

bandwidth, telephone costs, fuel prices, power outages

What has been your biggest challenge?

cold calling and obtaining solid leads

What method has been most successful for promoting your website?

word of mouth, directed email mailshots

How has running your website differed from your expectations?

difficult to direct traffic into our page in a very cluttered WWW

How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?
