Court spokesman said that a Spanish judge sent subpoenas to three plane mechanics who last checked the plane that crashed last Aug. 20 killing 154 people.
Judge Juan Javier Perez of Superior Court suspects a manslaughter and investigate if any crime may have been committed that contributed to the crash.
Perez said that according to the official report that mechanics failed to notice that the alarms in the cockpit that the flaps were not in the right position was not functioning and caused the crash which in the Spain's worst air disaster in 25 year.
