A family vacationist purchased five tickets for a Tanzanian trip through Cheapoair.com, an online travel agency. But one of the member of the family could not make it for the trip so they phoned the travel agency if they would be able to refund their money that they pay for the said Tanzanian trip. The Cheapoair representative told them that they cannot refund their payment for the flight and they must pay for penalty if they decide to rebook their flight.
