What inspired you to launch your own website?

actually created this website for our new friend whom we met as our driver upon a recent trip to Bali

consultation with our Balinese friend - wanted a name that was simple, to the point & easy to remember

website is a commercial site advertising the services of both a guide & transport for those traveling to Bali

What makes it different from other, similar offerings?

honest & true recommendations.

What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

no mainstream goal - only goal is to help a friend start a business

How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?

relatively limited time & money invested - well worth the favor we are offering our friend in exchange for the delightful holiday he created for us

If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?

additional graphics - ability for customers to directly contact - more pictures - flashier site

If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?

easily - all inquiries go the individual advertising his service. he is diligent and responsible in responding to all inquiries.

What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?

$10/year hosting fee

What has been your biggest challenge?

making the page live on the web

What method has been most successful for promoting your website?

posting website on travel forums

How has running your website differed from your expectations?

the need to advertise over many spectrums

How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?

been up & running for approx 2 months - hope to keep it up forever!

no I dont think so - would like to figure out how to make this website pop up in a related google search, etc.

nope , my portal gives more facility to advertisers who can modify content ,change pictures and many more... easy for viewers by one click they will find information

main intension to give facility to the tourist of thailand and make hua hin more popular location for tourist

when i will get 2000 hits a day ,my investment and time will balance as i have done this for tourist

To attract people business for my business.

I started this website in April of 2007.This is my 1st website,it is a limousine service.

How did you decide on a name for your website?

I used my last name.

LaClair Limousines Inc is owned and operated by Valrico resident David LaClair.It is licensed and insured and all vehicles are permitted in Hillsborough county with the Public Transporation Commission

What makes it different from other, similar offerings?

I focus on the needs of the customers and try to make it affordable for everyone.

I plan on expanding in the next year.

I have no complaints about starting my business. Business has been very good so far.

I would buy more fleet for my business.

Yes I would be able to keep up with the demand. I would invest in more vehicles for my fleet.

What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?

I have been very lucky.I have not had any unexpected costs to deal with,but if I did I have savings put away to cover it.

What has been your biggest challenge?

Getting more business and advertising in the right areas.

What method has been most successful for promoting your website?

the interenet has been the best advertisment.

I has been great.
